Egg Layers
Tracking flock costs and egg production has never been easier. Egg Management
Configure the Egg Units used by your organization. Customized Egg Types allow you to report and log production, shipment, and inventory for multiple types within the same flock. Generate standard tables for Egg Grade-Out in our Egg Matrix. Import data directly from your egg grading machines.
Flock Accounting
For those who struggle tracking costs from pullet house to lay house, AIM resolves the traceability issues many companies struggle with. Record where flocks come from and where they go. Split flocks and multiple placements will not give the user a headache in reporting. Once the rules of the application are set, transfer the birds and all the expenses that go with them at once. Capitalize and Depreciate pullet and molt costs as per the rules set by your organization. Automatically send depreciation journal entries to your accounting software.
Expenses can be imported from your accounting system and distributed within AIM. Tracking and reporting by sex is available for breeder facilities. Accounting Close Dates give you the ability to lock each flock down by date, giving the control needed for proper flock accounting. Unlocking a flock is just as easy, allowing for adjustments when necessary.
Feed Deliveries
Import feed delivery data directly from your feed batching software. Integrate with your inventory system to get up to date formula and delivery pricing assigned to each delivery.
Integration not an option? Easy methods of updating feed pricing for past deliveries allow you to change feed delivery prices across the organization.

 Broilers
Designed to optimize of a full-scale broiler operation, AIM provides the tools needed for production management, feed scheduling, and live inventory performance. Data is easy to gather or integrate with existing data collection systems. Reporting is a breeze with our completely customizable reporting tools. Simply tell the system how your operation works, and let AIM do all of the heavy lifting.
Feed Schedule
AIM's powerful Feed Scheduling Engine (FSE) allows you to streamline the management of your mill with precision scheduling. Optimal delivery times are determined for each flock with consideration of plant capacity and current flock performance.
Schedules can be edited and committed, then sent to your feed batching system. Flexible integration lets you control when data is sent to your batcher.
Live Haul
Prior to allocation quantities can be calculated based on a recipe or entered manually into the work order. Automatic allocation is on a first in first out basis. Manual allocation provides for precise lot tracking. Production relieves raw materials while capturing costs for the finished products.
Schedule outgoing flocks to the plant through our Sales and Live Haul management tools. Base movements from expected body weights and review schedules before birds go to processors. Plan movements for all flocks through use of the Movement Scheduler, where kill schedules can be determined and actualized as they occur.
As flocks are settled in AIM, condemnation certificate data can be recorded or imported for processing of settlement calculations.
Contract Producers
Create contracts to set flock, house, standards, and settlement calculation rules. Unlimited contracts can be created in the application and applied to new flocks as they are created. When a contract is applied, all values default to the flock with the ability to manage exceptions through individual overrides.
Contract producer information can be automatically linked to accounts payable vendors in your accounting system. Key or import expenses directly from your accounting system for distribution to flocks.
