AgriSoft|CMC Release Upgrades -- From time to time, AgriSoft|CMC may create upgraded versions of our software offerings. Such upgrades may include improvements and/or enhancements which are known as AgriSoft|CMC Release Upgrades.
During the first 90 days following system acceptance, AgriSoft|CMC will provide Technical Support and Release Upgrades at no additional charge. After this period, a two year support agreement with AgriSoft|CMC will become effective. This support agreement is computed at 18% of the current list price for the software licensed per annum.

provide?
AgriSoft|CMC provides training for each software component. Not all users
need to be trained in the operation of each module. Precise personnel training
requirements are determined on a customer-by-customer basis.
