Jim Brashears, Vice President - Product Development


Jim Brashears serves as Vice President - Product Development. Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Jim has previously held positions such as programmer, software engineer, database administrator and software developer. As Vice President - Product Development, Jim is responsible to oversee development and support for all AgriSoft|CMC product lines.
Ben Silva

Ben Silva, Vice President - Client Services


Ben Silva serves as Vice President - Client Services. Ben has been with AgriSoft|CMC for over 24 years and has served the positions of Programmer/Analyst, R&D Manager, Sales Manager, Systems Integration Manager, and Data Processing Manager. His wide array of experience has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of the unique needs of the Poultry Industry. As VP - Client Services, he uses his broad experience in the implementation and training of our new and existing clients.
Charles Torres

Charles Torres, Vice President - Support


Charles Torres serves as Vice President - System Support. Charles has previously held the positions of Programmer/Analyst and Systems Integration Manager for CMC. During his 23 years experience he has obtained first-hand knowledge of the Poultry Industry and the operating systems in use within the industry. Charles is responsible for administering all aspects of CMC development and support.
Anthony Barton

Jon Stassforth, Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Jon Stassforth serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jon has spent much of his career in the Silicon Valley area as well as Los Angeles, CA. His 15 years of software sales experience includes leading software companies such as Oracle, Fujitsu, Informatica as well as some SMB software providers. His sales experience includes selling ERP, Business Intelligence, and Datawarehousing solutions across many industries such as CPG, Foodservice, and Retail. Jon holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business from Cal State University Long Beach.
