Brad Archambault

Role: AIM Technical Expert

College: Cal Poly Pomona, Animal Science

Years in Industry: 19 years

Animal Expertise: Commercial Egg, Pullets, Broilers, Turkey & Swine

Experience:

Brad started his professional career "in the trenches" or mud (in certain cases..) both during and after college as a farmer/producer with the animals in a day to day capacity. He then applied his real world experiences by joining CMC (Chilson's) in 1993 as a consultant and thrived in his role by analyzing flock performance data of clients and farms. Brad leverages his knowledge by traveling to our prospects and client sites, listening and understanding their needs, applying his industry expertise, and configuring their business rules and methodologies with our AIM software to provide immediate increased efficiencies of time spent, money, and reductions of costs for doing business.

Sharon Clark


Sharon Clark

Role: Manager of Customer Support

Years in Industry: 32 years

Experience:

Sharon joined CMC in 1980 after working in the Banking (Mortgage Investment) industry. She developed interest in the software being produced and supported by the company (CMC) and decided to expand her education from Business to include Computer Information Systems. She moved into the Data Processing department as a programmer which also included Customer Support. Sharon was tasked with learning and supporting the ERP system when it was brought in-house. This includes assisting with accounting business rules and functionality. Sharon enjoys working with customers and assisting them with getting the most out of the applications.

Jeremy Hiestand

Jeremy Hiestand

Role: ERP Development Manager

Years in Industry: 12 years (software development)

Experience:

Jeremy's love for technology started with a Commodore C64, learning the basic programming language at the young age of 11. During his progression into technology, he worked as an automation specialist designing computer operated machines which are still operating in industries from aviation to medical. In 2000 he built a small software company from the ground up dealing with Geo Spatial data and Gold Mining, which his family owns and operates to this day.

October 2007, Jeremy joined AgriSoft|CMC as a Software Developer, he was tasked with learning new programming languages to bring an existing software package in house, ERP. Jeremy has been promoted twice and is now the ERP Development Manager, overseeing the ERP Development team, which takes the detailed specifications from our Implementation team and creating tangible application processes with quality and passion.

Keith Mangold

Keith Mangold

Role: Director of ERP Implementation

College: University of Phoenix, Masters of Information Systems

Years in Industry: 15 years (software), 5 years (animal agriculture)

Experience:

Keith began his professional career right out of high school programming for an Internet Service Provider creating websites. Over the next seven years he honed his skills in programming, network administration, and customer service.

Keith's entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own financial transaction processing company. He handled all aspects of the company's technology needs, customer requirements and client implementations. His responsibilities included analysis, design, architecture, installation, training, and project management.

Five years ago Keith joined AgriSoft|CMC where he uses his extensive project management skills to work hand-in-hand with clients to successfully implement the AgriSoft ERP system. Keith has been promoted twice and is now Director of ERP Implementations where he  oversees all aspects of the implementation process. He and his team convert client needs into detailed programming requirements and design site specific training plans to optimize ERP for their specific accounting requirements.

Interests: SCUBA Diving, Skiing, Travelling, Wine Tasting






Michael Newell

Michael Newell

Role: Database Administrator

College: National University, Financial Management

Years in Industry: 23 years (Software), 15 years (database)

Experience:

Michael has held a variety of technical and management positions in a variety of industries such as: Aerospace, Construction, Healthcare, Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, Banking, and Agriculture. The variety of industries has given Michael the ability to quickly adapt to meet changing requirements and provide solutions.

As a programmer, Michael specializes in calculation and decision-making engines. Having worked with data-centric applications throughout his career, Michael's interests and skills in database development and administration grew and eventually led him into working with Microsoft SQL Server full time.

At AgriSoft|CMC, Michael's focus is on T-SQL development, optimization and performance tuning, database design, and setting/enforcing standards. He is responsible for providing database change control for all of AgriSoft|CMC products.

Tony Ornelas

Tony Ornelas

Role: Director of Software Development

College: Bachelor's in Science: Computer Information Systems

Years in Industry: 15 years (software), 5 years (animal agriculture)

Experience:

With 10 years of industry experience, 5 spent here with AgriSoft|CMC, Tony is one of the principle developers on the AIM product. He was the lead designer and architect on such features as Reporting, Data Imports, Data Migration, Transactions, Feed Pricing, and Movement Scheduling. He serves as an analyst and team lead on AgriSoft|CMC integration solutions, interfacing AgriSoft|CMC products with feed, pricing, and accounting systems.






Becky Stone

Role:  Director of AIM Implementation

Education:  California Polytechnic University, Pomona, Computer Information Systems

Industry Expertise:  14 years (software), 5 years (animal agriculture)

Industries:  Commercial Egg Layers, Chicken Broilers, Turkey, Swine

Experience:

Becky joined AgriSoft|CMC as a Software Analyst in 2007.  Her background consists of over a decade of customized software application design and development.  At AgriSoft|CMC, Becky enjoys her work as the AIM Implementation Director, working with clients to get the most out of their Animal Inventory Management solution throughout the entire implementation process.  The AIM implementation team manages the design and content of the AIM application, customization for clients, quality assurance, testing, implementation, and training - everything our clients need to ensure the AIM product delivers as expected.
